We are looking for
Performance and Reward Manager, Finland and Baltics to join our team of superb colleagues.
As Performance and Reward Manager you will implement and ensure the use of reward, recognition and performance management policies, guidelines, processes, systems and practices throughout Finland and the Baltics so that outcomes meet current and future business needs, engage and motivate employees and are consistent with KONE’s desired internal and external market position.
Work with business and HR leaders to embed global reward, recognition and performance management policies and processes in KONE's Finland and Baltic operations ensuring internal equity, external market competitiveness and a focus on employee engagement and productivity are achieved
Work with Unit HR Directors to manage the annual merit review, manager bonus scheme and performance management processes across the organization
Co-ordinates local communications on performance management to ensure that all employees are aware of when and how to hold meaningful performance conversations
Ensure that local sales and operative incentives, employee recognition, employee benefit, retirement and well-being approaches are aligned with KONE’s total reward and performance management philosophies and are adapted to ensure relevance in the Finnish and Baltic markets and are compliant with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards
Support the business with job evaluation reviews; by setting appropriate guidelines for reward decisions and by responding to queries relating to reward, recognition and performance management
Manage employee benefit provisions, insurance renewals and retirement matters
Analyse and evaluate the progress of performance management in Finland and Baltics
Lead the Finnish payroll and occupational health teams
Work with the International Assignment team to ensure all International Assignees and other cross-border employees to and from Finland and the Baltics are supported appropriately
Analyze and evaluate external and internal market trends, analytics and data to develop employment cost budgets and forecasts, as well as reward and recognition approaches, that are aligned with the business requirements and enable business leaders to make strategic decisions
Manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organisation satisfactory standards of service are achieved
Skills, Education and Experience
5 years of reward and Human Resources experience, of which most has been spent working across functional/business lines and cultures in a global organization
Experience with driving compensation, benefit, recognition and performance management policies and processes through an organization
Business experience and/or Business partner experience is an asset
Fluent in English
Good analytical skills
Strong influencing and collaboration skills towards all levels of an organization
A combination of strategic view with a hands-on approach
