Senior Fusion ERP Consultant / Architect – Finland
Within the Nordic Cluster and located in Finland we are looking for a Senior Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant / Architect with focus to implement the new cloud based Oracle Fusion ERP applications.
We are mainly looking for a Finance Consultant profile to work in implementing new solutions. The main focus is billable consulting work, but there will also be a high focus to participate in new sales opportunities.
The new consultant is required to have strong background in implementing ERP systems, preferably with experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion Applications or other Oracle systems. Beside the Finance profile, we also prefer if the new consultant has experience in supply chain areas like procurement and inventory.
We are looking for a self-starting Consultant with a long ERP project experience that is ready to guide the Customers in the exiting journey to the Cloud.
SCOPE OF THE ROLE
The Finland Fusion ERP Consultant/ Architect: role:
Located in Finland and report to the Country Leader in Finland
Also part of the Nordic Fusion ERP Delivery team. Works on client-billable implementation to configure the Fusion Cloud ERP system
Also work with pre-sales assignments to support the different sales cases

Applications Consultant/Architect - Finance
Learn the new Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP product and quickly become a solution expert in the finance and supply chain areas
To act as a trusted advisor to clients during the implementation of Fusion Cloud ERP projects:
To develop compelling, profitable and deliverable customer solutions
To be commercially astute when engaging and advising a client
To act as ambassadors for Oracle application solutions throughout a customer engagement
Quickly learn and become a champion in the methodology called “True Cloud Method “ that is specially designed for the Oracle Cloud products
Work closely with client, sales, pre-sales and delivery staff to implement the new Fusion Cloud ERP solution in accordance with the customer’s demand
Take full advantage of “Oracle best practices” covering the solution footprint
Establish strong relationships with important counterparts in the Oracle organization
Manage and re-use the knowledge management from previous Oracle implementationsof Fusion Cloud ERP
Knowledge and Competency Requirements
Degree educated or equivalent
Experience/Technical/ Professional knowledge
Preferably holds an accountancy qualification
Strong awareness of the broad Oracle Applications suite of products with particular emphasis as below:
eBusiness Suite Financials
Oracle Fusion Applications
Or a strong awareness of other ERP systems
A creative and agile problem-solver
Recent project experience in ERP implementations
Ability to form lasting high-level relationships both inside and outside a project assignment
Politically savvy in complex situations both within the client and Oracle
Deep, proven ERP experience
Strong awareness of building solutions involving other application competence areas
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior management within a client
Demonstrated ability to develop successful implementations on projects with complex business requirements
Track record of success and credibility at all levels
Strong customer service client relationship skills
Ability to present an argument: persuasive
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with strong presentation ability
Based in Finland but also willing to travel to other Nordic countries

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
