We are looking for

Talent Acquisition Manager, Finland and Baltics to join our team of great colleagues.

As Talent Acquisition Manager, Finland and Baltics you will be responsible for leading, developing, and delivering high quality talent acquisition and talent management services for our units across Finland and Baltics. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services so that actions supports KONE’s current and future business needs, engages and motivates employees and develops KONE as a great place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and deliver talent acquisition and talent management activities across Finland and Baltics

  • Work with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand short and long term talent requirements and turn them into talent acquisition actions

  • Various direct talent acquisition activities such as employer branding, sourcing, building talent pools, advertising, interviewing, assessing, selecting candidates, checking references and negotiating employment offers

  • Various direct talent management activities such as leadership and talent reviewing as well as succession and individual development planning

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals

  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and engaging for the candidates

  • Work together with other talent acquisition professionals to develop practices and processes and to ensure local needs are covered in different development initiatives

Skills, Education and Experience

  • 7+ years of broad talent acquisition and talent management experience required

  • Experience from direct search companies and/or consulting as an advantage

  • Proven track record in leading and developing a team of professionals

  • Proven track record of building creative talent acquisition strategies with multi-channel approach

  • Solid experience in using various selection methods, techniques and delivering assessments

  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Good influencing skills and ability to work in a global matrix organization

  • Excellent communication skills

  • MSc/BSc in psychology, behavioural sciences, human resources or relevant field

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, Nordic languages as an advantage
