We are looking for
Talent Acquisition Specialist, Finland and Baltics to join our team of great colleagues.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality talent acquisition services for our units across Finland and Baltics. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services that support KONE’s current and future business needs, engages and motivates employees and develops a positive employer brand.
Work with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand short and long term talent requirements and work with them to fill-in vacancies across different units
Deliver talent acquisition services for various units across Finland and Baltics, including e.g. employer branding actions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessments
Participate into building talent pools for critical positions
Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and engaging for the candidates
Work together with other talent acquisition professionals to develop recruitment practices and processes and to ensure local needs are covered in different development initiatives
Participate to different talent management activities as needed
Skills, Education and Experience
Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment process, including employer branding actions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessments
Experience in recruiting various different profiles
Track-record on assessing both behavioural and technical fit for a role
Hands-on experience in attracting top talent including using social media and other channels
Experience from direct search companies / recruitment consulting as an advantage
Strong service mind-set
Systematic and well organized
Good influencing skills and ability to work in a global matrix organization
Excellent communications skills
Fluent in Finnish and English, Nordic languages as an advantage
MSc/BSc in psychology, behavioural sciences, human resources or relevant field
