As the Workplace Development Manager, Global you will be responsible for developing Nokia workplace concepts, driving innovation in the workplace, defining and conducting Nokia workplace research as well as tracking performance.

Key elements include:

  • Develops Nokia workplace concept for today and the future.

  • Drives innovation in Nokia workplaces, in collaboration with Workplace Resources Innovation team

  • Monitors industry workplace trends, engaging with external experts and bringing findings to Nokia.

  • Works with business to test concepts on pilots and widely deploy new solutions.

  • Communicates workplace inspiration to Nokia, broader Workplace Resources community and external workplace collaborators.

  • Conducts Nokia workplace research including process, data collation and analysis

  • Researches and develops new concepts in workplace design and planning, for example related to productivity, innovation, satisfaction

  • I nterprets workplace research and industry data into design concepts, and feeds it back to Real Estate plans, business units and regional delivery teams

  • Works closely with Real Estate stakeholders to create integrated workplace solutions

  • Ensures lessons learned / general feed-back is captured to enable continuous improvement

  • Drives tools and process development for more efficient processes for the team

  • Responsible for data management and analysis related to workplace performance

  • Creates performance management structure, sets, manages and communicates Workplace and Design KPIs

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field, as well as Analytics skills.

10-15 years of experience in Workplace Strategy, ideally both within occupier and in consulting.
