Within the Support & Deployment Services (SDS) at Dell, we are looking for an Internal Account Manager, Services Sales for Finland (assisting Denmark) to join our team in Nordic.

Key responsibilities

Team member responsible for driving & owning the everyday sales on the Support and Deployment Services also known as the 'attach rate' Dell Services portfolio, providing specialist & expert knowledge to the Dell EMC Sales teams, Partners & Customers.

The role entails both business development activity with the core community by supporting and driving: lead generating,services offering awareness, launch events, focus days, providing trainings as well as direct Partner & customer engagement by phone and by direct customer engagement face to face.

TheDell service's portfolio encompasses the entire services offering during the Services lifecycle of

Dell EMC's products & solutions from Support, Deployment & Residency services as well as support and asset recovery and recycle services.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Become and be a part of a growing team and business within Dell EMC, as a Services owner in Finland handling our top Customers and Partners as your portfolio.

  • You will share the responsible together with the local external Services Sales Executive on the everyday services business, the role requires work both onsite (80%) and remote (20%) with the Sales/Customer/Partners on a daily level.

  • You will be managing and responsible for the Services Number in Finland maintaining the pipeline (SalesForce), participating in Cadence calls, Customer Visits, Outlook your largest opportunities, controlling the everyday business.

  • You would be based in Finland, reporting directly and remotely to the Services Sales Manager (DK) for the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland & Denmark).

Essential requirements

  • Strong level of selling + competency in providing services & total solutions as well as providing cross segment teamwork.

  • Use advanced knowledge to build relationships and d eliver on-going communication and trainings to Sales teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive message to the customer.

  • Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) on the Services portfolio and engages with the sales organization to detect, qualify opportunities drive Services sales and and/or exceed the sales plan objectives.

  • Direct engagement with customers with specific purpose to sell the Dell Services Value Proposition. Identifies customer needs/requirements and recommends/quotes appropriate Dell (SDS) Services offering

  • Confident with excel for such activities as V-look-up, pivot table

  • Fluent in Finnish and English

  • Profile: Dont stand in the background - And dont take no for an answer attitude

Desirable requirements

  • Bachelors degree - Min 5 years industry related experience

  • Background from Sales (Preferred Services Sales)
