Role Overview

We’re looking for highly talented and dedicated Associate Live Services Development Manager who will thrive in fast paced, ever changing development and live service environment. As an Associate Live Services Development Manager within the Tracktwenty Studio you’ll be working as part of the experienced team supporting the live service teams solving technical issues shared from our players, QA and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and operate as an integral part of the live service team solving technical game issues, take ownership for identifying and solving complex game breaking problems

  • Analyse and prioritise issues and work with QA teams and processes to be able to reproduce them.

  • Utilise zendesk to track and report issues to dev teams

  • Work with our analysts and map out the reach for blocker issues and to report to live service producers

  • Be the communication bridge between our Customer Experience team and game teams. Where appropriate directly engage with our players on complex problems

  • Communicate with Live service producers on daily level, driving and prioritising the bug backlog with development leads


  • Can execute on tasks quickly, on time, and at the expected level of quality.

  • Problem solving mentality and tenacity in finding solutions and understanding of gameplay mechanics

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

  • Project Management or Project Coordination experience

  • Hunger for learning and knowledge, including sharing with others

  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently and with different teams

  • Low level programming skills and technical acumen is desirable

  • An active interest in working in a game development environment
