Unilever is looking for a Field Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a Field Sales Coordinator to our office in Helsinki. In the role of Field Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the sales team and the Key Account Managers. You will be an important link between the team and other departments so it is vital that you possess great communication and collaboration skills. This is a position that requires flexibility and ability to work at a high pace.
The Field Sales Coordinator is responsible for:
Liaison between office and field in regards to current activities, targets, promotions, materials etc.
Responsible for organizing Sales Conferences and keeping records
Ensure information and materials are shared timely, and in simplified, standardized, ready-to-use format
Ensuring the provision of effective sales arguments; facts & figures and product information
Monitoring and reporting results
Keeping up-to-date with field tools and advising staff as appropriate
Coordination of communication (excluding technical issues) between Field Force and office
Acting as 1st point of contact for internal and external parties regarding planned activities
Provision of information and answering questions
Supporting the Field Sales Director and Area Field Managers with running operational matters and administrative tasks as required
Who are you?
We seek a positive person who are detailed oriented and can work in a structured manner. You like to work with administrative tasks in a coordinating role. As a person you are able to handle different kind of pople with a calm approach and are used to talk with people over the phone. It is also important you are able to develop trusted relationships.
In order to succeed in this position, you should have strong communication skills and proactive way of working. You can manage multiple tasks and projects on the go and you keep going despite of changes or setbacks. Since you will cooperate with different kind of stakeholders, you are able to liaise successfully with multiple stakeholders and have good people skills.
You need to be fluent in Finnish and English and hold a University degree in business or marketing. An overall understanding of the FMCG industry is a merit.
