Service and Sales Design Lead

This is a unique opportunity to build up the foundation of this global IT Center. In this new exciting and challenging role, you will have the possibility to apply your existing knowledge and learn new skills in a dynamic global environment.

In this role as Service and Sales Design Lead, you are a member of the SAP CoE (Center of Excellence) supporting our strategic SAP platforms providing Solution Design, Solution Build and the Operational support across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all activities related to the PS, SD and CS modules

  • Lead a team of in-house consultants within your area

  • Responsibility to do changes to SAP system configuration and to global master data in the PS, SD and CS modules

  • Responsible to provide on-going key user training for the modules in question

  • Responsible for configuring of the PS, SD and CS modules and for implementing localizations with the key users and consultants during rollouts

  • Develop, configure, test and roll-back SAP PS/SD/CS modules based on a template

  • Provide detail functional specifications to assist technical team in development of RICEF

  • Create / maintain user manuals and assist in designing security roles

  • Adoption of best practices and compliance management by developing new SAP tools, features and enhancements

  • Required to travel 20% - 40

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in technical or business studies or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of working experience in a similar position in-house in an international corporation

  • Minimum of 2+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on the relevant modules

  • Ability to manage diversified team located across the globe through project requirement, design, development, code/test case reviews, testing and deployment phases

  • Ability to multitask under high stress & aggressive timelines

  • Project Management and Service Management certifications (i.e. PMI, ITIL)

  • Experience working with top management to manage expectations and escalate issues/risks

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to learn new collaboration technologies, processes and adaptable to changes in timelines and sequences

  • Fluent in English is a must. German and Finnish would be additional assets
