Kalmar’s Automation and Projects division is searching for a
Sales Manager, Cranes
Your task is to promote and sell crane solutions (RTG- Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes) to port/terminal customers globally together with our joint venture Rainbow Cargotec Industries (RCI) in China and our frontlines. Our RTG solutions are designed for reliable, efficient, safe and cost-effective operation. Your responsibilities include early engagement in customer projects, promoting Kalmar solution, leading the offer and negotiation process and securing Kalmar goals and profitability. You will be located in Tampere, Finland but you are ready for global travelling.
Sales planning, sales and tendering in co-operation with our joint venture and regional frontline sales
Responsible for commercial conditions / contracts and contract negotiations
Ensuring operative efficiency at offer/sales projects through project calculation, invoicing management and collection of receivables
Sales project profitability and customer satisfaction
Control and contributing to monthly and annual sales forecasting and order/sales budgeting at the sales area
Develop, guide and support regional frontline sales and their product knowledge
We expect you to have
Technical or commercial University Diploma/Degree
Experience and excellent track record in international sales of investment products/solutions and creating customer relations
Full professional proficiency in English, other languages a benefit
Excellence in both written and spoken communication in a multicultural environment
Ability to manage time lines and to close deals, decisive working style
Negotiation skills and solution orientation
Knowledge of complex sales contracts and contractual / legal / commercial/ tax issues
CRM system knowledge & practice
