Solution Manager

We are looking for a

Solution Manager

to productise our services and launching them for sales. You will be executing commercialisation plans together sales teams. You shall have a solid understanding of how service products implementation process works with our overall product development lifecycle and Kalmar Services strategy.

You will be responsible for a selection of products in our service products portfolio. You will play an important role in identifying new business models and product opportunities for the service products portfolio. You will also be a global key player with interfaces throughout the whole organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Productize services

  • Create and maintain product documentation

  • Analyze competitiveness and profitability of Kalmar offering and implement improvements

  • Service Product Lifecycle Management

  • Lead service product projects

  • Collect and Manage market requirements

  • Define and document product requirements for service products

  • Define and document customer values of service products

  • Develop financial measurement tools of success

  • Develop pricing models

  • Competitors analysis

  • Manage launch process

  • Give training

  • Help sales and marketing to make go-to-market plans

Our expectations

  • Degree in economics or engineering (or equivalent)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or service business

  • Product Management skills

  • Project Management skills

  • Experience of productizing services

  • Experience of launching new service/business models

  • Strong team player and self-steering mindset

  • Capabilities for cross functional work

  • Strong English language skills

  • Good communication and social skills and ability to work independently in global environment

  • Can do attitude
