HR Administration Generalist

Your challenge

With 650 employees in four countries, Philips Health systems in the Nordic has a need for a professional HR supporter to be part of the newly established HR Operations Hub.

  • The role will provide the HR team and managers with professional administration support

Your responsibilities

  • Administration support from a shared service approach to all 4 countries in the Nordics

  • Working with our HRM system (Workday) on a daily basis to ensure correct data input and integrity

  • Preparation of employment documents

  • Contact to external providers and local authorities

Your team

You will be part of a fast paced HR environment with an HR Director as manager in the Nordics (Denmark) and HR Managers in Finland, Sweden and Denmark. Your direct team is a newly established HR Operations Hub of 3 people (including this role) working virtually in the region. You will have frequent contact with the Philips People Support centres around the world.

  • Proven HR administration experience and willingness to learn

  • An independent self-starter with a pragmatic approach

  • Someone who is genuinely interested in working in this newly established HR Operations team

  • Fluent in English and 'Scandinavian', Finnish is a clear advantage
