Microsoft Sweden and Finland are part of Western Europe Area and both countries are key enabler of the market IT growth through solid partnership with Governments, Enterprise, small and medium as well as IT partners and consumer partners of the region. Microsoft Finance is a truly global finance team and you will be part of the Western Europe and WW community of Services Controllers to make each other great and build on each other.
The Enterprise Services Controller’s main objective is to drive action-oriented business insight for MS Services business to helps customers realize their full potential through their Digital Transformation by driving their adoption and productive use of Microsoft technologies.
In his/her capacity, the Services Controller identifies new opportunities for revenue growth and resource optimization to ensure the profitability of the business as well as the compliant conduct of business activities through a close partnership with the Enterprise Services Lead.

Drive business transformation to the Cloud by focusing on Digital Transformation Wins and New Business Models
Provide actionable insights on NWS, PCB and Microsoft Unified Support, Selling DM, Net Revenue, AAD COGS/Opex to ensure Services delivers on its financial and business accountabilities
Build strong and mutually trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels (Services Lead, Services Sales Manager and Digital Advisors Lead, Timezone and Domain Finance) to
Deal review and Selling Margin: Ensure profitability and correct NWS/Rev rec with focus on large and complex deals shaping in partnership with Domains
Effectively connect Sales, Delivery, Enterprise Partner Group (EPG) team to drive One Microsoft culture within the team to achieve sales, delivery and operational excellence
Finance & Business Excellence:
Lead the financial ROB (rhythm of business) for the Services business such as monthly/quarterly forecast, annual budget, as well as month-end and quarter-end actual performance analysis
Support the centralization of the Month End Close to CFS
Work with the FC and Stat Controller as well as the external auditors to ensure accurate statutory balance sheet and P&L in relation to Services.
Drive the tone of compliant culture within the Services business in alliance with Services Lead and Compliance & Control team
Leverage Proactive Risk Management to continuously monitor and mitigate risk in a manner that balances business needs, compliance imperatives and fiduciary responsibility

Forecast Accuracy leveraging pipeline & Predictability on New Work Sold incl. decrements, PCB and landing Volta
Selling Margin VTT and Cloud mix, ES NR, AAD COGS and HC and Opex VTB/VTF
Digital Advisors Utilization Rate and Digital Wins
Digital Transformation Deal Construct; end-to-end visibility of top deals (size/Cloud size) to enable holistic high quality decision making on deal, discount, margin. Understand customer proposition, link to account plan and related decisions (Credit & Collections, partner involvement e.g.)
Compliance Excellence – Quality of compliance dashboard and corporate audits
10+ years of experience in finance / finance leadership positions and active experience in a similar business controlling position.
Experience in a finance role within global professional services/consultancy business preferred
Fluent in English
BA/BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CA/CPA preferred
