To further strengthen the CRHF business in the Nordic, Baltic and Poland Region (NBP) we are now recruiting for a Cardiac Implantable Device (CID) Sales Manager for Finland Denmark. The primary role of the Sales Manager is to lead the execution of CID account strategies and ensure that the objectives of the business are met on a quarterly basis. In addition, the Sales Manager will also focus on people development and active coaching to have a great and sustained high performing team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing high performance sales teams and consistently meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager must be able to understand current and future market conditions that will affect the Cardiovascular space and as such be able to proactively make the necessary changes to account strategies and the organization to ensure that the business continues to excel.
The Sales Manager will report to the Business Director, CRHF
A Day in the Life
You will communicate and implement an effective territory/account sales strategy with the sales team.
You are ensuring that resources are used and utilized in a most effective way.
Continuously monitor team targets, performance and implement corrective actions as required.
Define quarterly targets and for the sales team in coordination with regional Business Management.
Regularly present sales reports and forecasts to Business Director with emphasis on the action plan on how to get to targets.
Ensure team performance by providing encouragement, leadership, and direction.
Provide ongoing feedback/coaching and regularly scheduled performance reviews.
You will be developing and leading Cardiac Implantables Device account strategies in Finland and Denmark.
In coordination with regional business management ensure that quarterly business goals are communicated to the direct sales organization and that each objective is built into salesforce.com ensuring timely execution.
Ensure that all account information (stakeholders, account potentials, sales figures) are regularly updated in the CRM system.
Map the activities vs accounts, focusing on taking market share from competition and on winning tenders. Reports regularly to the Business Director on the status of the implementation of the planned activities.
You can build strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
You will lead the tender management process.
You can expect to participate in key professional congresses and events as required.
Active participation in the management team with peer sales managers in the region.
Strong management skills and a passion to be No.1
Several years of experience in sales management with documented achievements and results
Bachelor or Master degree
Fluent in Finnish and English
Nice to Haves
Advanced understanding of the Healthcare system
Previous working experience in the hospital market
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Proven track record of building teams and creating a high performing sales organization
Strong analytical skills
Flexible regarding working hours and traveling (40%)
Valid driver’s license
We prefer that you are living close to Helsinki (not a must)
