We are now looking for a Senior System SW Engineer - Camera

NVIDIA is now in the best position to take mobile visual computing to the next, previously unimagined level with Tegra, NVIDIA’s System-on-Chip (SoC). Tegra is powering a wide range of devices, from our own SHIELD consumer products to next-generation cars. To help this work we are looking for a Senior System Software Engineer to tackle increasingly hard problems in visual computing with a great team.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Take part in system and module level software design
  • Implement camera driver support for next generation Tegra SoCs
  • Influence future Tegra SoC hardware design

Key requirements:

  • B.Sc. degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Excellent C programming and debugging skills for system level work
  • Capable of delivering creative solutions even under pressure
What we need to see:
  • Experience working with image and/or graphics processing pipeline
  • Experience working with low-level hardware drivers
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Willingness to travel in a moderate amount
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Excellent coding skills in C and/or C++
  • Experience working with SoCs
  • Track record showing ability to deliver results in challenging and dynamic environment
