Philips Maintenance Program Manager MR Therapy/Radiation Oncology in Vantaa, Finland

Your challenge

For this vacancy, you will be in charge of creating and executing the Maintenance Program for the MR Therapy/Radiation Oncology business.

Your responsibilities

As a Maintenance Program Manager you

  • Are responsible for planning maintenance activities

  • Escalate maintenance requests, including corrective maintenance, adaptive maintenance and enhancement requests, to be evaluated and decided by appropriate management board

  • Support investigation of field issues, complaints and defects

  • Organize and participate in the execution of the maintenance activities, as appropriate

  • Liaise with other managers to secure required resources for maintenance activities

  • Participate in the Defect Review Board (DRB), Field Change Order Control Board (FCO CB) and Engineering Change Control Board (ECCB)

  • When necessary, determine the EOL dates of products, and plan the required activities with the Product Manager and Market Groups

We are looking for

To be successful in this role you have

  • Master degree or equivalent (engineering or physics)

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant, related role, e.g. development work or customer focused support work

  • Good communications skills and you are fluent in English, verbally and written

  • Good project management skills

  • Are able to work independently as well as in teams and in multidisciplinary and multi-site environments

You are responsible for

  • Planning maintenance activities at MR Therapy

  • Supporting investigation of field issues, complaints and defects

  • Organizing and participating in the execution of the maintenance activities, as appropriate

  • Liaising with other managers to secure required resources for maintenance activities

  • Participating in the Defect Review Board, Field Change Order Control Board, and Engineering Change Control Board

  • Determining the EOL dates of products, and plan the required activities with the Product Manager and Market Groups

You are a part of

The Customer Service team and work closely with the Development team at MR Therapy, Vantaa, Finland. You work in a global environment and you align with other disciplines/teams to achieve the agreed goals and ultimately customer satisfaction.
